DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH
Take the Palisades Parkway North to Exit 12. Make a left off the exit and make the next left at the light onto Route 45. Drive half a mile and make a left onto Medical Park Drive. Our building is in the back on the right side which is the only two story building on stilts...number 11.

DRIVING FROM THE NORTH
Take the Palisades Parkway South to Exit 12. Bear right off the exit onto Route 45. Drive half a mile and make a left onto Medical Park Drive. Our building is in the back on the right side which is the only two story building on stilts...number 11.

Appointments

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
