Dr. Jeffrey R. Horowitz DPM, DABPS, FACFAS Dr. Horowitz received his B.S. degree in Biology from Northeastern University. He received his podiatric medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Horowitz completed a three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and affiliated hospitals. He was named Chief Resident at Metropolitan and Lincoln Hospitals in New York City. Dr. Horowitz was twice named resident of the year during his post-doctoral training. A Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Jeffrey is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association. He is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine/Foot Clinics of New York. Dr. Horowitz is licensed in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Horowitz is on staff at Nyack Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital. He has conducted research and published widely in the fields of Angiogenesis and Podiatry. Some of his articles have appeared in Compendium of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, Circulation and Atherosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology.
